Eve Fertility's patent application for the EVEA™ platform has passed its independent substantive search. The China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) assessed the application's claims against the global body of published prior art — including patents, scientific literature and technical disclosures relating to intravaginal culture devices.
The resulting search report concluded that the core claims are novel and inventive over the cited prior art. A favourable substantive search report is a meaningful independent indicator that the technology is differentiated from existing solutions, and a significant step in building Eve's intellectual-property position — particularly in China, one of the most significant jurisdictions for fertility innovation.
A substantive search report reflects the examiner's assessment of novelty and inventive step over the cited prior art; it is a step in the examination process and does not itself constitute a granted patent.
Eve Fertility has advanced to the next stage of the MedTech Innovator Asia Pacific 2026 Accelerator Program — one of the world's largest MedTech accelerators — and was invited to pitch in person at the MedTech Innovator Pitch Event in Singapore on 14–15 April 2026, presenting our vision for expanding fertility-treatment capacity across APAC to investors, industry leaders and strategic partners.
More details are on the MedTech Innovator website.

Eve Fertility has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Vietnam Belgium Andrology and Fertility Hospital (VBH), one of Vietnam's leading fertility centres, marking a formal step toward exploring how EVEA™ intravaginal culture could support VBH's clinical team in offering more affordable treatment options for Vietnamese patients.
The Letter of Intent sets out a shared intent to evaluate a defined pilot of IVC-based fertility care, drawing on VBH's established clinical infrastructure and patient base to assess clinical suitability for patients currently underserved by cost or access barriers.
The Letter of Intent is non-binding and reflects a shared intent to explore collaboration; any pilot is subject to applicable regulatory approvals and definitive agreements.
