EVEA™ patent granted by Hong Kong Intellectual Property Department

Eve Fertility's patent application for the EVEA™ platform has been granted by the Hong Kong Intellectual Property Department (HKIPD). The granted patent provides intellectual-property protection for the core innovation underlying EVEA™ — the engineered intravaginal culture platform — in Hong Kong and the broader Asia-Pacific region where Eve is focused on deployment and partnership.

A granted patent represents formal recognition of novelty and inventive step, strengthening Eve's IP position and providing commercial protection for the EVEA™ technology platform.

EVEA™ patent application passes independent CNIPA substantive search

Eve Fertility's patent application for the EVEA™ platform has passed its independent substantive search. The China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) assessed the application's claims against the global body of published prior art — including patents, scientific literature and technical disclosures relating to intravaginal culture devices.

The resulting search report concluded that the core claims are novel and inventive over the cited prior art. A favourable substantive search report is a meaningful independent indicator that the technology is differentiated from existing solutions, and a significant step in building Eve's intellectual-property position — particularly in China, one of the most significant jurisdictions for fertility innovation.

A substantive search report reflects the examiner's assessment of novelty and inventive step over the cited prior art; it is a step in the examination process and does not itself constitute a granted patent.
