Yve Lyppens
Yve is a MedTech commercial leader with 15+ years of experience building healthcare markets across Asia‑Pacific, specialising in fertility and women's health. He has closed over USD40M in distribution agreements and successfully raised capital for a Belgian‑Hong Kong MedTech company.
Before founding Eve Fertility, Yve served as APAC Business Development Director for a publicly listed (NASDAQ) fertility technology company, where he led market entry for a novel fertility technology across Southeast Asia, Japan and China. He holds a Certificate of Attendance from Weill Cornell's "Driving Excellence in Healthcare" programme and completed the IVF Academy USA Master Class in Blastocyst Grading Harmonisation.
Yve is a frequent media contact on fertility issues in the region, with interviews including Reuters. He remains a go‑to source for fertility‑related articles and is currently an EMBA candidate at HEC Paris.
Col. Dr. Othman Sukhilmi
Dr. Othman Sukhilmi is a consultant obstetrician and gynaecologist with over 25 years of clinical experience in Malaysia. He co‑authored the first IVC study in the country and led the regulatory approval process for the IVC device with the Malaysian Medical Device Authority (MDA). As the founder of a women’s health clinic, he brings extensive hands‑on experience in patient care, clinical workflows, and fertility service delivery.
Before co‑founding Eve Fertility, he served as a senior specialist in the Malaysian Armed Forces and held leadership roles in several academic institutions. His work has focused on integrating reproductive technologies into clinical practice while ensuring safety and accessibility.
At Eve Fertility, Dr. Sukhilmi oversees clinical trial design, medical partnerships, and regulatory strategy. He is committed to translating proven science into practical, affordable fertility care for the region.
